Build Excellence Virtual Workshop

Design a system, guided by the Shingo Model, that changes behaviors to close gaps and drives results closer to organizational goals and purpose.

This two-day capstone workshop solidifies the knowledge and experience gained from the previous five Shingo workshops. Build Excellence addresses the Shingo Model in its entirety by developing a structured approach that will accelerate your cultural transformation. In this final Shingo workshop, you will - Discover how the Shingo Model strengthens the execution of your strategy; Learn how to shift your culture, guided by organizational purpose, to the next level; Use Go & Observe to understand the practical application of the Shingo Model; Accelerate your cultural transformation by applying the learnings gained from the Shingo Model into a PDCA cycle. Join us and our host, Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, January 25-26, 2022. We are planning for an in-person workshop, and may offer this as a hybrid in-person/remote workshop, depending on travel and host conditions. (PLEASE NOTE: Discover Excellence, Systems Design, and at least one of the deep-dive workshops - Cultural Enablers, Continuous Improvement or Enterprise Alignment - are the prerequisites to taking this workshop.)
